In Luton Vanessa and Jorge had the chance to taste food from all different countries and they found out that the Italian Cuisine was represented by a couple of Italian Restaurants in the centre of the city which they weren't fit for everyone's wallet.

They loved the Luton Market inside the Mall, an island of cultures, full of colours and different tastes. They enjoyed going to the market for lunch and eat a good Indian or Thai meal for an affordable price. There, a question came to their minds; "why not bringing good, homemade Italian Food to the people, which they can't afford to buy food in an expensive Italian Restaurant?"

So, in winter 2022 La Taverna Bistro concept was born!

Good Homemade Italian food at an affordable price,  made by a family for the bigger Luton citizens' family!
